Reformer and Tower​

The Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment that has a movable carriage with spring loaded resistance. Exercises can be done either lying down, sitting, standing, pulling straps or pushing the foot bar. An innovative workout designed around flowing movement that will bring strength and flexibility to the joints and the muscles of the body. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the center, lengthening the spine and increasing body awareness.



 

TRX & Ball

A suspension training system that utilizes body weight and gravity to perform exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once.

 

​Core Sculpt

A barre inspired workout that incorporates Pilates and elements of Yoga for a challenging, fun workout. Weights, bands and small balls are used in the workout.
